A month after I first ordered it, a BT engineer came as planned today to fix up my broadband upgrade. He left before 4.00 - I've spend the best part of the last 3 hours being lied to by the said BT about why it actually wasn't connecting - I am now, finally, connected... and will spend the next hour trying to regain my composure - Mrs B - hang on in there, the cybergods owe me one tonight! You SHALL go to the rewatch if there's any justice!
PS is it possible to put out a contract on BT? Has anyone ever offed a whole utility company? And if there's a queue to try, please can anyone tell me qhere to join it?
