Hope you don't mind me sharing these links to my Andrew Gower (Cutler in Series 4) website, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and Pinterest? Would love to see everyone signing up for news :)
Just FYI - he's due to appear in the new series of The Borgias, as Lord Strange in the BBC's The White Queen and Manjinder Virk's short film Out of Darkness (with Tom Hiddleston).
Hi! Yes it's me, for my sins - he's dreadful at publicising himself, haha - it's quite often a struggle to find out what he's up to and I find myself cross referencing his Twitter feed with filming location news!
So you are his unofficial PR? lol! It is the same with Mr Molony too, maybe it is an artist's thing, once the work is created they feel less connection to it? just one thought of many I've had on the issue. Andrew is a great actor, and Cutler was amazing!
Ha, yes I do think of myself in that way, LOL! I once found out he'd been in a one night play at the Royal Court, because he tweeted a review of it about a week after it had been on! He did it with Murdoch Mysteries as well - tweeted the Alibi Channel's tweet saying "watch it tonight" about 3 days later.... ;)
He is a wonderful actor and I miss Cutler so much :( At least I have fanfic to keep me going :)
I miss Cutler too - even more now that Being Human has ended. I enjoyed series 5, but it wasn't the same without him.
I love your website - I'm very glad you started it, browsing the net for news about Andrew's career is extremely timeconsuming, so keep it up and tell me if there's anything I can do to help! Let's hope 2013 will be an active year for Andrew - we definitely need to see and hear more from him.
Cutler was played awesomely by Andrew - I can never scroll through my twitter feed or FB page without thinking of him doing the same!
It would have been very easy to dislike the character of Cutler - not really very good at anything, whether human or vampire in origin. But Andrew made him absolutely remarkable in that we really cared about him, he brought a soulfulness and a tangible air of sadness and vulnerability to the part.
And he had some great lines too.
Poor Cutler. He so wanted to be the winner at last, but it eluded him to the end.
At least has has the FanFic gang to keep him alive!
The BBC's White Queen Facebook page has confirmed that the series will begin on Sunday June 16th! This means Andrew's episode will air on Sunday August 18th. via Siobhamp77

In this little enclave of the lost I witnessed the very best of being human.
I have discovered yesterday that Andrew will actually be in TWO episodes of The White Queen, not just one - so his episodes will begin week commencing 10th August (the air date has not actually been confirmed by the BBC, that Facebook page is unofficial it turns out).
Andrew Gower has been cast in Rosewater, a film directed by Jon Stewart (The Daily Show) and starring Gael Garcia Bernal (The Science of Sleep, Babel). He will play the part of Jimmy the Avid Editor.
Stewart also wrote the screenplay which was adapted from Maziar Bahari‘s 2011 book Then They Came For Me: A Family’s Story of Love, Captivity and Survival. The book recounts the author/journalist’s time in Iran, where he was supposed to go for one week to cover the country’s national elections. Instead, he was held in an Iranian prison for 118 days, tortured and interrogated by a mysterious man who the writer described as smelling of rosewater. (Source)
Andrew tweeted on 28th July that he was on his way to Jordan where the filming is taking place.
You can read more about the film on IMDb and keep up to date with announcements on the Rosewater Movie Updates blog. More news as we get it!
In case anyone hasn't seen it yet - Andrew has been cast as a regular character (Gilbert Hankin) in series 2 of The Village. It's filming from this week until July and will air later this year.
