something that's always bothered me about Herrick's death - so George tore him apart, didn't nibble him down or anything.  Did he turn to dust or was there a body (later resurrection)  I would think Mitchell would have taken care to make sure Herrick was proper dead.

Heat of the moment? And that ruddy Nina making a distracting fuss? And maybe even Mitchell didn't know that simply being eviscerated, torn limb from limb and chomped didn't work as well as a clean stake through the actual heart?

Annie said she pretty much told him what Herrick told George.... chase you to the ends of the earth and such.... but still wonder what she really said to make him bonkers.  Will remain one of life's mysteries I suppose...

I don't think Mitchell knew that it was possible to resurrect Herrick (didn't know about Cara) and for some reason Vamps only turn to dust when staked.

All thanks to you, darling - tell us when to e.g. remember to take box set home to mother for the start of series 2, then.

Night all - dream of icy waterfalls and / or the cool embrace of your vampire of choice...

Gonna have to be the first option.  Dreaming of the cool embrace of your vampire of choice may lead to more heat.  *ahem*

Night y'all.  Many daylight hours left for me.
