In case not everyone is dashing away I have a Gilbert question - does anyone else think he must have died with a ciggie behind his ear? Wearing it, so it's continually replacing itself? Hmm good question Marigold! I don't know if it has been discussed previously but I agree with you, plus the walkman as well. This would also explain why no human see's a cig floating through the air! As a part of him its invisible. He also takes OFF his jacket which lead us to speculate whether Alex could do the same?

Good one Mrs B - but they can talk too (done by breath passing over vocal chords for the rest of us); same with the undead - and don't get me started on why vampires don't traditionally have a sex life (blood isn't flowing ANYwhere) - possibly a good reason why they're so moody in older stories, but BH without either dialogue or friskiness might just have flagged a bit...

@MrsBarrowboy the ability to smoke could also be explained by the cig being on him when he died, I think, in that its part of him so he can interact with like can interact with his cloths. I just wondered if gilbert died carrying not wearing his coat, maybe thats why he can take it off?
