I've uploaded the original pilot episode To YouTube - however due to a song being played halfway through the episode, YouTube's copyright policy may cause the video to be blocked for some international fans [I'm working on uploading it elswhere, and will let you know when I'm done ]
Hope you enjoy

Thanks for posting Lou! I missed more than half of that when it was on and then got told by a friend to watch it... only to spend the next 5 years looking on the internet for it high and low - always getting the same bloody clip (Annie/Mitchell/bedroom) finally the missing bits of the puzzle have slotted into place...

To be honest, when it first aired I thought the premise of the show was ridiculous, and I had to turn over because that version of Annie was irritating me :-0
It was only when I caught the end of an episode of series 1 that I realised how foolish I'd been to dismiss it :-p

Brilliant! I missed this when it aired. I have searched and searched for it and only ever been able to find clips. It was great to finally be able to watch it. Thank you so much for posting.
Thanks for posting this - I liked George in it, he is so very Georgey.... I didn't care about the original Annie and Mitchell though, glad they decided on Lenora and Aidan.
just watched this again for the first time in 5 years. I remember when I first re watched series 1 I was surprised that George's ex girlfriend wasn't in it, I was beginning to think I had dreamt it.
Watched it a few years back and for the life of me couldn't find it again. Now I was able to compare the two sets of Annies and Mitchells again and have to say: Thank God they changed them.

Amen to that, no disrespect to Guy Flangan & Andrea Riseborough, but Aiden & Lenora brought something else to those characters that transformed them completely
As for Adrian Lester's Herrick? Compared to Jason Watkin's version - it's a bit unforgettable :-p

Thanks lou lou for posting this, I loved watching this. I didn't see it the first time around so it was great to have the chance, only seen a few clips. I thought I wasn't going to see another episode of being human (that I hadn't already see), this just reminded me of how utterly brilliant being human is all over again :D And it was lovely to see the Pink House being put together, so many memories right there.
I agree with what every one else has said that Aiden and Lenora made Mitchell and Annie special and the cast change was definitely for the best! And this Herrick not a patch on Jason Watkin's.
But Russel well he's just George isn't he x And Seth, just perfect :D
